I'm a big user of Teamviewer and I play fair. I don't charge people to help them over the phone, which is Teamvierer's rules. If you charge you should buy their license. Fair enough.

Today I've noticed a time limit, at least on my connections. Seems it is 10 minutes, they log you off and you wait 10 minutes. Helping the people I help takes longer than 10 minutes.

Any recommendations for a free tool that is easy for an end users to use, shows a fidelity view of desktop?

I don't mind setting up end client session but from that point it has to be easy for them to start.
