Action Center bottom right, click on the tile All Settings. Guess that's what you found already.

I tried that at first and it was not working. I had some strange stuff like Samsung Magician 5.2, a goofing looking cursor. But after I cleaned out the old OS and installed the proper release of Magician, it is running good. I thought EDGE was going to have Chrome? Guess not.

Classic Shell is still working like a champ!
