Could have been, a lot of folks on the E coast were getting some kind of violent storm activity.

Just kind of popped up from nowhere, one minute the skies were clear, then over 5 mins it got dark & all hell broke loose.

Ours hit around 7 PM, then it calmed down but you could still hear thunder in the background now & then.
