Set My iPhone to ring Contacts Only, but the problem with that is you also don't get text notifications from Contacts. Asked Apple to fix that but seriously doubt they will since they won't be able to sell App subscriptions
If you are getting spam calls on an Android cell phone, there is an app called Should I Answer..... set it to maximum on the filter and make sure you set a long voicemail greeting message for your phone. This will send those calls right to voicemail and the spam call message will play out before your greeting ends. After about a month of doing this, mine no longer gets spam calls, except maybe 1 every couple months and they never call back either. I even removed the app and still have only gotten one call since the middle of Feb, when I uninstalled it, because they stopped calling.

Got that section of railing off my deck. We want to replace the whole railing but now realize all those screws we see are basically rusted off in place. Takes 30 minutes a post to remove properly.
