    Morning Borg

    Morning beeman

Well it should all melt during the week, lots of warnings for travelers. I'm looking after the cat, Sami, this weekend, they will be driving home in the storm. Bet they come home tonight instead. We shall see.

    Good day all.

Sunny here, going to get into the mid 50F°

Then it all changes and we get a prolonged ice event tomorrow. Spring weather, always changing.

Going to start removing the railing from our deck. Should be interesting to see what is below.
    Morning Ken.

    Afternoon Keith.

Keith do you know of a quick tool to assess whether a Windows 7 machine and its software can run Windows 10. There use to be a checker but that required a KB to be installed.

I'm not sure but I think if you use the media creation tool on the machine it does some basic checking. I think when I finally upgrade mine I'm going to clean install.

I'm going to have to start my "migration" soon, maybe a couple months or so, moving everything over to 1o. Which is going to be fun, because a lot of proggies I have on 7, I don't have the installer for anymore. And I use some of those a lot.

I did some searching & there are tools out there that say they can move a proggie, reg keys & all to another OS, if they work well, that remains to be seen.
