Good Evening AD was in the bees this afternoon and things are looking better than I was predicting. We made 160 splits a day or two before a cold front hit made some spot checks today and it looks like most of the queen cells emerged and did not get chilled I was expecting 80% loss but it looks like only a 15% loss. I will be in the bees tomorrow as the weekend weather forecast is WET so my friend is taking off during the week to get things done.

You got that right, Beeman! But even if the garage were empty, I'm not sure I could get my 18 ft. tank into it, what with the curved slab. I don't understand why the garage wasn't built to drive straight in instead.

Canopy didn't work out. I think I got one with a lemony smell; couldn't get the top to raise up like it should, no matter how hard I tried. Took that sucker back to Wally World!

I'll have to save up a bit longer for what I really need, which is a bit more expensive than what Walmart sells. Or, I may just build one to my specs instead.

Anyhow, a full day's work for no good results.

As far as dry stuff only two kinds he can eat and not much of that I use it to feed as treats about 20 bits per meal. Eddy is allergic to chicken. He got one lick of yogurt and about one hour later threw up All the other cats can eat anything.

I'd say Tommy's a special case, and he's lucky to have a special friend like you. No wonder he's heading toward house cat.

Pretty tired after a day of work not amounting to a hill of beans! So, I'll concentrate on the chickys and their water and feed buckets for the rest of the day. After the cordless drill batteries recharge.

Yep Tommy is special outside cat he is about 7 years old and has been an outside cat up to 5 months ago he is now about 30% outside and is becoming a lap kitty to he is also loosing weight since he is on a can food diet he is very over weight Kibble has too much calories for cats to burn up.
Eddie has been a inside since I caught him about 7 months ago and is doing well since on his can food die. Buzzy is doing very well he can eat anything but he was used to kibble since we got him as he was a rescue cat that we got from another person and was getting overweight on kibble until we changed his diet to can + kibble he is now just right.

Odd one, SAS just updated to 1038. Never saw the 1036 in the release notes, but mine went from 1034 > 1038.
