Well I didn't get notice from MS but I change my primary outlook.com password. Then I had to create app passwords.

I didn't see any emails from MS about it, either. My MSA, and as much as is possible, is on 2FA. Not overly concerned. Don't use Outlook mail, anyway, it's just kinda there.
