    When I clicked on Kens link, I saw all the pictures, but the writing was blocked out...

    Good Evening AD, I had about 4 hours of sleep over a 8 day period once, ended up in The Hospital.

    I think it was caffeine.... I hardly ever get any, in anything I drink these days. M-F I never have anything but water or flavored water. Sunday I had coffee in the morning, Dr Pepper at lunch time, then drank sweet tea in the afternoon.

    Yep, I will be saving any coffee, tea & soda for Friday and Saturday only. I paid dearly by laying in bed and not being able to sleep last night. I might have gotten 2 hours if I was lucky.
