They use wire ties and post them up the light poles.
I have a cutter I rigged up on a long handle, down them come.
You have to stay vigilant, one sign attracts other signs.
No political signs I have to live with. They have a very set period when they are allowed and generally all candidates follow.
These are ads for businesses. Painting, equity loans, roofers, landscapers and just about anyone who can muster a couple of hundred dollars.
You are lucky.
These things cost just over two bucks a sign. Some corners are full of signs, to the point where you can't even read some because they are being blocked by others.
Most people ignore them but since I started pulling them up other neighbours have joined in.
