Where do I find that? I have my Samsung 27" on HDMI now, on the 1080Ti, and was curious if DP was better.

I don't do anything that I would see difference in HDMI / DisplayPort.

On this machine I use one of each.
    One difference...
HDMI does not, however, support Nvidia's similar G-Sync technology—for that, you need DisplayPort.
Older HDMI was limited to a certain refresh rate at higher resolutions. Not at 2.0 and newer.

Probably a dumb question, Andre, but if that's true, why does my 1050 Ti have HDMI?

in my case I'm just using integrated graphics, no g-sync or freesync. Neither display is capable of 4K.

According to specs no 4K so I don't really think you would see much difference either. Supports Freesync but you are nVidia.

The specs don't state which hdmi or which displayport standard is supported. I'm going to look some more.

Nice monitor. Blue light elimination. Curved.

    Do you use speakers?
