Anyone here gave Linux a try?

I used to use linux alot but i stopped due to the lack of support in the games department.. I used to use Arch linux, the amount of customization it had was fantastic. I was planning on dual booting win10 with arch the thing is though I didn't think i would like win 10 as much as so now so i don't really think i need to dual boot so i think ill just keep linux to my virtual box. so have you guys gave a linux distribution a try and if so what do you think of it?!

Before, I run dual boot system with Win 7 & Ubuntu 10.xx installed on my old desktop. That was yesteryears until recently I installed Ubuntu 14.xx on my old laptop (with broken LCD) which I connected to a non-smart LCD TV. Linux system still lacks support for gaming so if you are into it I don't think you'll touch Linux more than Windows OS. Though you can try WineHQ.org for running Windows app on Linux system.

I have two HP desktops. One runs Win 10 and the other, Arch Linux. There is plenty of game support for Linux through Steam and GOG. Steam runs great on Arch!

Linux will never make prime time . 95% of the market likes simple and easy to learn OS, not like linux . Also, most like the simple fancy stuff

I`ve tried lots n' lots of distros on my test laptop. I have a love/hate relationship with it. It's infuriating sometimes. Reaver was fun when the WPS pin exploit worked a treat but other than that it has a loooong way to go to being mainstream or user friendly. Most of my time was taken up with setup, config or other. Just dickin' about really.

I used it quite a great deal about 10 years ago. PClinuxOS was my favorite distro.
