    If you low level format a drive and get no errors is it still possible drive is flaky?

    Andre when I say low level I mean it was not a "Quick". Chkdsk had found errors and fixed them but Windows is taking forever to clean install. Deleted all partitions and started from scratch. Get the message "Getting Ready" with spinning dots, every so often dots stop, a minute later they go for a minute, then stop. This is an A6 AMD processor (2.5Ghz) with 8GB Ram.
