We had a rental house. once. The guy had big fight with girlfriend and her daughters. They left. They were the only thing holding him together. His son and friends damaged the pool liner, his cat pee repeatedly in the dining room rug and he decided to bring in and repair a car engine on the white pile rug. Disaster, he left and we sold.
@Access Denied - to use your CalDav contact did you have to install an app or did Android provide native support. Everything I've read is it doesn't given it is an Apple standard. My iPhone has native support but that because its Apple.
Yes renting homes can have some serious challenges.
Some horror stories here in Ontario, very hard to evict even when they fail to pay. They take them to court and they make a token payment and the whole process resets.
Well I'm off to become magnetized.

@Caledon Ken - I installed CalDAV-Sync app. It was not free but it allows me to sync any calendar account to the default (whichever I decide to make default) calendar on my Android. I think it was 2.99$ USD. I didn't mind paying for it since it could sync to any calendar app I wanted to use.
Main thing was it let me have my personal calendar and not have the events in google's hands.
