Likely a newer version, this one looks old and she runs it on a Win 7 machine.

OK, I looked Personal Ancestral File V5.2 up. It was developed by the Mormans and was discontinued in 2013 with version 5.2. Right up front, you're told it won't run on Windows 10, so that's that. Ain't no newer version.
