I'm going to make a run to the store before the fun starts. Then I'm seeing a client this afternoon. This lady is a real family genealogy nut. She has a family tree program and has over 27,000 people entered. Last time I was there I asked her if she had a backup. We all know the answer, what is a backup? We made one on a USB thumbdrive. Guess I should update it today.

OH, my goodness, Ken! Have that lady get an external hard drive before she loses everything! USBs are OK, but they can go bad.

BTW, while you're there, ask her which program she uses? I'm only about six months into genealogy, and still exploring. Found some strange family stuff, indeed!

Really cold here with a major snow event starting in a few hours. Supposed to get about six inches, maybe eight.

Neighbour asked if I would do their driveway as they will be away this week. That makes it three driveways for this storm... maybe I should open a business.
