Most of the folders now have these two little arrows on them. Anyone know what this represents?

Wynona I started coaching again at the Seniors Centre. Three hours, they bring whatever they have and whatever they want answers too. After three hours I'm drained. Macs, any flavour of Windows, tablets and phones. They keep you hopping.
