20 " inches is getting up there.

I'm heading into the hills today to setup ipad. Hoping the snow isn't to bad, roads are dirt with ice cover.

Might have to rethink this.

Thats not a real big deal, as my snow blower can handle that much snow easily....28" wide and pretty powerful.

I'd say you're pretty much prepared, of course living where you do, it's definitely a necessity.

One of my Wife's friends is supposed to drop off a lappy for me to fix, it's one of those that got to the "Blank screen with flashing cursor" stage & it won't even boot.

I'd rather convince her to stop clicking on things & trying to d/l vids & music with questionable software or get her to stop falling for the old "You need to install our special viewer" messages on some of the sites
