We have someone coming over about putting a new door on the front & back of the house. The one we have is steel & it just radiates cold in the winter, so we're getting a new one that has better insulation in it.

Next my Wife wants someone to look at the foundation to be sure it can withstand the stress when I dig a tunnel back into the hillside to have a place to raise my army of unholy rats.
