    How to clean second-hand / old books? or Do I really need to clean it?


    I bought some second-hand old books a few days ago, I am personally quite overreacting and often worried about health. I don't care if the paper of the book gone yellow or damaged, I have no problem about that. I am thinking
    if I need to do anything to make sure that it has no bacteria, microorganism that could affect my health. Do I need to do anything to clean an old book that is second-hand from untrusted source? Could books trap any bacteria or virus inside?

    I doubt you could effectively clean old books. If you're that concerned, you can always use latex gloves.
