    It's actually pretty cold here, in the low 20's. The frost here tends to get really thick due to the moisture, looks like a dusting of snow. Went through Dad's stuff yesterday, most of his items will go to the Franciscan order, they did the hospice, they don't ask for money but do accept donations. I will be writing them a check when this is all over.

    Today we go to the funeral home to make arrangements & try to plan everything out.

    It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas here. Nice sigs & avatars Tomcat, kado, Ken & anyone else I missed. I'll be a bit late getting mine up. (if at all, hope it's only 2 weeks here but stuff happens)

    I'm glad to have a lappy to say hi but it's a tiny one & typing on this small KB can be a PIA/challenge. My Dad had a few Hummels & I took a couple, but the guy watching out for Dad has a Wife who loves them, so she is going to get them, she has a display for them & everything.

    The place I'm staying at has a restaurant right in the parking lot....convenient...2 min walk & instant food.

    Its good for honing your hunt 'n peck skills also.
