I have a few ideas but after this many years they become repeats. That is why I wander the mall looking for new things she doesn't need.

My wife and I don't exchange presents and about five years ago we stopped doing within the family. We told everyone we would be donating to charities and asked them to do the same.

Sort of along the lines of that article beeman posted the other days.

Could give her a gift certificate for a dinner at her favorite restaurant or ticket for a football game.

Yes, very early in our relationship I was coached on the do's and don'ts. Vacuums, washer dryers and other household items are on the avoid list.

Those are good beeman.

The football ticket would be real money, flights, hotel, meals and tickets. Ouch.
