Good morning / afternoon folks.

Cold & raining...again.....

So far I've spent at least 8 hrs sitting in bank offices signing papers & what not. Over 3 yesterday & the same for the day before. Lotta work. A couple holdups with items that need investigation on how to handle it, so I'm hoping I still get out of here on time.

My Wife is starting to feel better, so that's one good thing, she says thank you for the well wishes.

I don't think so. I have a cousin sometime invites me over but I haven't seen him for a while so maybe not this year.
