Hiya Josey, yeah it was good although I had none of my "power" today. I was doing weighted exercises sunday to make climbing the trees easier. I was so sore yesterday and today all the muscles were broken down to the point I was like WTF when trying to work

You should start off light and each day increase but do not over do it. A Jacuzzi would help.

I doubled the weight on them sunday after they had gotten to the point it was like wasting time with cardio. I just got tired of it being so strenuous climbing. I should be back to normal tomorrow. I can then get at it again.
