I checked and you can only reduce it to 1% not zero, but I assume you mean move the slider all the way to the left. That is what I did. Then I deleted all restore points and then turned it off. Then I ran the REG hack and rebooted.

Yup, I'm up between 2:30 am and 3:30am .....lately its been 2:30 ...
