Well time to get cleaned up and watch Alabama.

Tested the lights, interesting always a few out and I know I tested when I put away. One day I spring for led's, these little incandescents can drive you crazy when the whole set is out.

I was watching Ohio State v Michigan. Go Buckeyes.

I find College ball exciting. Maybe it is just the scoring, the NFL could do with some more games like Kansas and LA last week. Saints put a knife in the Falcons Thursday night, they can score big.

I do as well, I have seen many College games in person, One at Michigan with over 100K fans what a thrill.

I think knives maybe illegal equipment.

Finally some time off but only 1 day again

Had a great day! The working out I did last week... finally the soreness and weakness went away.... stronger than I was before and it was easy to tell. This next round of workouts this week should be much easier on me. I had doubled the weights/resistance last week. Should not break me down like it did last week, will be staying at the same on it all this week.

Evening Josey I feel great! I was able to grab logs today that used to give me so much trouble and just lift them above my head and chunk them with ease. Such a great feeling. I can't wait to get used to this workout and increase it more.
