Even that older 2nd PC I did the same. I bought the mobo, cpu with same FSB and got the OCR's ram so I could boost the cpu and mobo up a bit to match it. That thing was smoking fast, even though the cpu was older and I got a great deal on it. It was 1299.00 at release and I snagged it on a short time deal for 336.

336.00 Not a bad deal.....that just a little over what my case cost me...

It was a great deal at the time. It went back to over 1k after the flash deal on newegg LOL!!!

Yep I was looking for a new build at the time. I had every part picked out but the cpu and kept looking at a few. I loaded up newegg that day and saw that 1299 with a slash in it, 24 hour flash or whatever they called it for 336.... I bought it and before I got it, the price was back to either 1199 or 1299 haha.

I am in love with the current hardware I have to be honest. 1809 has given it a nice boost in most everything. The only slow down I have is with some websites browsing because of either their site or my dark page extension. I pass off 90% of that to them

Yes we export winter, no charge.

I still have to get the gas out of the lawn gear. Supposed to be over freezing on the weekend so it will be Christmas lights and winterize the outside gear.

Then you will love 19H1 it is faster than 1809.
