    I didn't. Already checked it and it says Turn on SR or not. I clicked no and it deleted it lol.

    I am not sure how in the blue hell you can avoid it. I have turned on SR and moved the slider as far left as it will go(to 1% because you cannot set it to 0%), then turned it off manually... then ran the REG hack to disable it and rebooted. WDC still prompts me about it.

    Regardless of whether who gets the prompt and who doesn't, they need an option in WDC to leave SR the *** alone. It is not cool for WDC to ignore the "disabled" and see it as just turned off.

    What I posted last night still works for me. I believe I manually turned it off first and then used the reg hack. I did this years ago and am not sure that the reg hack came from here, as I did this in Windows 7.
