If you believe that Microsoft's Update Catalog could yield the highest integrity download you seek, then try:

You will notice the SHA1 hash is likely embedded in the download's filename. Calculate your own SHA1 hash of the download and then do a Google search with that hash. No Google hits on the hash may indicate a suspicious file.
