Browns do have a bye week. My user folder alone is over 14GB

Late to the party, But I told it to shut up a long time ago, and it never came back. 1803 and 1809....and prior.

Well TC, WDC turned it back on with an error message of Cannot create restore point -1 showing when it was disabled with gpedit and the reg hack. SR then showed ON where you have highlighted even with the fact it said SR was disabled by my administrator where your says To create a restore point, first enable.....

Now since I have turned gpedit back to default and only used the reg hack to disable SR and rebooted... I have not had anything in "Slimming System" to test it.
