    Nope do not know for sure but Perlite is Volcanic glass which is an ingredient in the litter and cats lick there feet all the time which means there were eating it.

    I wouldn't have even thought to post about it, but, I am on a 3 day old clean install where I disabled it right after getting to the desktop. It turned itself back on. That made me think it was 1809's doing and wanted to share here.

    OK, this is actually Release preview. Not official build. Could be it.

    Possible this is another thing they had to fix in the upcoming CU. I disabled it with Gpedit and used the reg file from here also. It had best not turn itself back on.
