    Hi Everyone, I just wondered if someone would mind looking at this for me, as I am just a housewife, and do not understand technical terms. The last few days if I open view reliability history there is this red cross, and it is always
    to do with settings, and always says the same appcrash. It happens if I have gone into view update history, it opens
