We've had frozen water on the ground all week. One night we were supposed to gets 6 inches of lake effect snow.

This is absolutely the earliest we've had S stuff like this. Heard someone say the jet stream is weak which is allowing the very cold air to drop down.

My insider laptop was updating yesterday morning and I think I saw Andre post that another update to Fast was released. Is there an article on MS site that states current level of each ring?
