I am back on v 7.1.3317 and everything works and my C:\ drive is now almost 2gB's smaller. I will stay with this till MR or MS fixes as MR is just going to say it is MS's fault anyway.
Probably something you are not interested in trying, but.... have you tried the newest MR on 1803? Forgive me if you have, I am just guessing here.

After posting that and reading it myself, it would be pointless. Even if it does work, once 1809 is released it would be broke again. Forget the previous post. Hopefully MR can send you a build/drivers/something that will fix it.

V 7.1 .3317 works fine just as The PE in 7.2 but I gained some space and lost a headache. One day it should work but as long as 7.1.3317 works I will stay with it. I do not care about RE that much anyway. They wanted me yo update all of my MOBO's drivers well they are as updated as MSI has them updated and this MOBO is no longer supported.. Could be that is why RE does not work. I probably would have gone back to 1803 when this mess started nut when MS issues the second CU, I like a fool thought it was all fixed so I deleted all of my 1803 MR Images. IF MS gets any worse I still have some for 15063 which was the last build where everything worked.

    I did learn a lesson--Never Trust M$..

Yes the debacle from Oct 2nd is still one of the worst I have seen from MS. The fact it still is not released means even more was wrong than they "said". I don't have an image from 1803 any longer as my scheduled backup last week filled the slots and deleted the last of them.
