See Macrium came out with their patch. It is two levels up from the one I was testing so they must have still been adding stuff last night. Guess I have to make new boot media for the millionth time.

Mike you said you did a clean install. Do you have a network folder under drivers with the clean install?

I did do another clean install with the same result so I changed it to PE. I should just go back to 7.1.3317. It works,
