Last One To Post Wins [14]

There is joy in Sticksville tonight! In a last ditch effort to salvage my W10 upgrade over W7 I did an in place upgrade from inside W10 and that seemed to cure all the SFC /Scannow integrity errors, as well as the Component Store Corruption!!! I don't know why the in place upgrade worked, when a reset wouldn't, but I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth.

The in place upgrade a second time is like doing a repair install.

Doing a reset, would be replacing the bad stuff which was installed the first time.

    Either way, Congrat's Grasshopper !

Thanks!! I didn't relish having to download everything again. Now I don't have to make a visit to the Public Library. Thanks for the info a doing a reset. I didn't know that.

Because everything posted in here is totally useless.

The only way anyone could win this game is if they hack into the server, post something, then immediately delete this thread.
