Ugh! Just got done trying to get help with activation. Got the wait-to-call-back from you-know-who-speaks-English-with-a-very-heavy-foreign-accent! Couldn't understand most of what she said. Ends up she had trouble with the key. Talked to her supervisor, came back on. and then wanted me to upgrade my 8.1?!! No way! Thank you and good bye! Went online and created a service ticket. Awaiting an email or call. Hour of my time wasted. Geesh.

Thanks. All in a days work in the world of tech. Incidentally, that's where I went. To get a bottle of Polish blackberry brandy and beer. The "lawnkeeper wanted some (so did I) and is presently sun bathing ATM on her day off. :)
