Afternoon all.

Dishwasher in.

They wanted to fill a cavity behind dishwasher so they used that spray foam. Anyone who has used that foam knows you use it sparingly. They used so much the dishwasher wouldn't fit into cavity. Had a drywall saw and spent the first twenty minutes cutting it back. What a mess.

On a hunch, I exit SAS and then restarted on two Win 10 machines. Low and behold version 8 installed. No notifications, no questions, no downloads. I tried this as I was booting my Win 7 box regularly last night to fix Outlook 2013. Thought this is when I got message so why not try a Win 10 box.

So their auto update works, just a little clunky.

Was doing a little work for Macrium. On one of my laptops I used the RE with wireless. Tried to burn to CD and it failed. As I had suggested other night it was likely bigger that CD. They had be make ISO and sure enough it was 720 MB.

Next test for them is to use new (beta) version to create rescue disks with PE and see if it loops on wireless.

Glad you got SAS updating for you, its never updated for me like that.

Yes but you guys are so fast. Wonder if servers are even doing the push by the time you are already downloading.

It is also not intuitive to have to exit product and re-execute. Literally I stumbled on it because outlook wouldn't sync. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they don't investigate further. Nice product and when I contact them they have been very helpful.

The new Macrium PE code didn't work. Still searches endlessly for wireless that it cannot use. Submitted my findings and pic so they know I was using right version.

Just stopped snowing, CRAZY weather.

Occasionally, I'll get a pop-up saying "new_SAS!!!", but it's off and on. Lately, I just let stuff like that go auto with PatchMyPC. Neat little app.
