You are so right on the bright bothering me. I have tried to make everything on my pc dark themed, everything on my android with a toggle for dark when home and light when at work because I am outside. I will remove most all programs/apps that do not offer a dark theme if I use them for more than a couple minutes at a time. Macrium could use a dark theme but I don't have it open enough to really care that much. I just prepare for the sun beaming out of my pc when I open it lol.
