Don't know where you keep your downloads, but you can tell it to put them anywhere.

Downloads? Windows have folder for that (the one that could get cleaned after a while) Have to admit it's getting too big. But things are downloadable (OK, most of it)

PathMyPC can store the downloads anywhere you say, independent of Windows User>Download folder.

Understand that. Just don't know, if I want to. Should I?

I don't. Just let 'em go in the Downloads folder. I sync all that to an external, and clean up anyway. External is internal 2TB HDD, shared among all my dual-boots.

You know what I mean.....external to boot SSD. It's Friday, raining, I'm getting hungry, cats are staring at me, wife just stole my lappy..........

I have downloads on HHD and systems on SSD, so all my dual boots have access to it, too. Only that my internal is internal. Have some on external too, but am tempted to ditch it.. Don't need the copy of internet
