Good evening Mike and thanks. I have kept it turned off since that last format when I got to my desktop and it had my old wallpaper and made me thing it was not a clean install

Not me. I'm using sync. All but Theme, like to have different Theme settings on different systems.

Have you noticed other settings outside the things you can check off? Like power and other things?

POwer? Not syncable - different systems. Admit, I have some trouble syncing at the moment... Release preview system on 1809.

Thanks Andre I was wondering if it would make my PC run like it used too before the format. Think I will just keep it off and go down my clean install list when they drop 1809.

Not too bad, just waiting for MS to get their act together. I never use sync, you only need it if you have a smart phone or other device like a Surface to sync to.
