Morning Wynona. Never heard anyone charging someone to pay online. That is outrageous. Maybe their bank is charging them. Banks use to make a lot of money processing remittances and checks ( for us English, cheques ) and likely now want that stream back to put it through the clearing system

Yes Ken they are repairable just need to find out who made it and get the seal kit some are not easy to take apart.

I can only use an "approved" modem for my ISP. I keep monitoring for deals at Best Buy for one on the list. The modem has to have specific stats as I have business internet. Thanks all the same Beeman
