    Can't purchase from MS store : "Try again" and "Cancel"
    1.)Windows update not running = Win+R > services.msc > Enter. It'll open Services Manager> Startup type to Automatic
    2.)Change Time & Language 3)Disable antivirus software 4)wsreset 5) login to different user account 6) Make sure Windows firewall is turned on 7)check for windows update 8)Disable proxy settings 9)change advanced internet settings pen internet options >advance tab >untick-Do not save encrypted pages to disk

    Stuck up download from MS store : 1)wsreset.exe 2)troubleshooter for Microsoft Store apps. Select the Start button > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store Apps. 3)Re-Register the Windows Store with PowerShell-win10 : "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}" win8:Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML
    4)change save drive to drive c :Windows Key + I >System>left pane, select Storage>More storage settings select Change where new content is saved 5)Restart Windows update :windows key + x >command prompt/powershell>
    net stop wuauserv
    net stop bits
    rename c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    net start wuauserv
    net start bits
    try to start Windows Store again 5)clean-boot 6) system restore

    Bluetooth Issues : 1.Make sure your Bluetooth speaker is turned on 2)2. On the far right of the Windows taskbar, press and hold (right-click) Volume , and then select Playback devices. 3.     2 Ways to Recover BitLocker Recovery Key for Surface Pro

    After logging into your online Microsoft account, you’ll see the actual key ID and long BitLocker recovery key number. You can either write the key down or print it out to a piece of paper.
