    Chrome has started not loading new tabs until I click on them. Who in the hell thought that was a good idea? I tried turning off the discarded thing and it didn't fix it.

    I never had this issue before. Must have been in the last couple updates.

    What do you mean by overlay-Install over it?

    You need to either remove BETA14 and install RC1 or upgrade it. I always remove and install, this does not remove the Profile if you use add/remove programs.
