Here ya go, Andre. Concerns dual booting . . .

    Feedback Hub - Windows Insider

If you dual boot, maybe you'll upvote?
Not sure about that Wynona. But your troubles do make me think that this is something to consider.

Take a quick look at this. You are updating a system. It has to be restarted several times - it should be set as default, if not permanently, then for the time of setup. And after update (upgrade really) you'll want to check it.

I think, setting upgraded system as default suits me. And also, one of the firs things to do for me is to run command prompt and change dual boot name of upgraded system entry in boot manager (add Insider a the end):

    Code:
    bcdedit /set {current} description "Windows 10 Insider"
If I want to change default, it is couple of clicks away.

And what do you mean, you can't find your files? I have the same folders set as Documents (and all the others) and upgrade never touches that. All my files are in the same position in Insider, Fast, Slow and production system.

    I just had a thought . . . Yep, really dangerous, I know . . .

We've seen the "occasional" link to feedback in the Feedback Hub and been asked to upvote. I've seen it here, there and everywhere, and not in any one particular place.

What do y'all think about having a Windows 10 Feedback thread in the General Stuff forum? Or, is there already somewhere for feedback already available?

My thought is that someone writes feedback, shares his/her findings in the Feedback thread, gives a link and if it matches something we've met up with, we could then follow the link and upvote.

    Whaddaya think?

Edit: Well, silly me! I've posted something that could be thought of as useful! Uh oh!
Think this is a great idea @Wynona. A thread should be named something like "Latest feedback from Tenforums users - check and upvote"

Not sure about that. You should not upvote unless you have the problem yourself.

Absolutely! This could (and should) be written at the beginning in red and bold That's why I put that "check" in the (proposed) title

But a thread like this could make you to check about the problem. And a lot of users never goes to feedback - this could make them do so.

On the second thought... think @kado897 have a good point. Something to consider anyway...

I see what you mean and the idea does have merit I'm just worried that it could be abused.

There is potential for both directions. Reality will probably take the other way (opposite of what you think it should)
