Her friends came over & were supposed to help her set up her new phone, the one she had was fine, but last week one of her friends said she could get a new one just by calling. It's just a TracFone.

Well, they called & it they said it's being sent. It hasn't arrived & they deactivated the SIM on her old phone, so now she's waiting for the new one to arrive.

Asked her what was wrong with the old one, just a basic model, good enough for texting, but no, her friends pushed her into getting a newer one.
