The only way I know is if you have a legal license to Windows 7 or 8.xx that hasn't been used to update to Windows 10 before.

Start a clean installation and when asked for a key, plug in the license key and it should activate. No one knows if Microsoft left this "hole" on purpose or accidentally.

Not everything you read on the NET is real. There are bad people on the web , The Dark Web if you will. Trust no one and if you do verify what they say. What is posted here is about 99.999999% verifiable but on YouTube there are many Tin Foil Hat types and remember-there is no free lunch and Bill Gates is NOT giving away a million dollars and the Earth is not flat.

Yep, you are right, but that is an upgrade, not a completely free key.

I asked that person to provide a link to a site where I can get a free key legally, and that I'll prove him wrong once I see the site. No links sent, but he insist on me making my own Google searches so that I can then apologize to him for me being wrong and he right. Definitely shady business going on there.

This is undoubtedly a pirate, Slice. Or, at the very least a liar, liar, pants on fire type. Either way, if he gives you a link and it can be proven who he is, I'm quite sure Microsoft would be very interested in him!
