I don't agree with it but that's a logical thing to do. Legalize *wink-wink*, eliminate the black market, eliminate organized crimes, eliminate smuggled weapons and crime rate goes down (hopefully).
Don't fight it. Regulate it.

If only I still could, all my best work was done stoned and then that bloody heart attack came along and spoiled the fun

We've been saying that for years, there'd be no need for all the black market etc. then.
