Then it wasn't meant to be. I can survive without MVP and it's benefits, but MS needs me with MVP, if they want my feedback and ideas beyond normal Windows 10 usage.

Honestly, the video is not that big of a deal to make. Point the camera to your Insider PC and speak your mind for 30 sec and you are done. It will give you better chance of getting the award rather than having an incomplete application requirements.
It doesn't have to be a movie like video.

I never used that stuff. It wasn't very tightly controlled in the past either. only dealers had troubles. Nobody would bather you for a joint or two.
