Not a big sport here in the UK Kari.
    I know.

I have followed UK hockey for years, I am very happy that Team GBR made it back to top level this year. I for sure hope they'll beat Germany today!

WHAT!? We won? That came as a big surprise.

And here I thought that it won't be worth watching this year. I think I have to reschedule my days.

Me too, except that I sometimes make an exception when it comes to hockey.

    No games either.

    My fun is troubleshooting.

Astonishing, Team Great Britain! Ice hockey World Championships 2019, last, 7th game in preliminary round for both Great Britain and France. France was already leading 3 to 0, but Team GBR tied before full time, and finally won with a beautiful overtime goal.

Stakes were high, winner remains on top level and plays in World Championships 2020, whereas the loser would be sent to lower level (Division 1A, as it's called in ice hockey).

Group A standings today, before last games in preliminary round (Canada vs. Denmak live now, my native Finland vs. my adopted home country Germany tomorrow):

    Four best to quarterfinals.
