has no specification for a video anywhere. I'm still wondering about the video requirement.

That is just a nomination form/page. It is not an application stage yet.
If your nomination was received and met all the requirements, the nominee will then receive instructions (by email) how to proceed. He/she will be sent forms to fill up and list of requirements which will include the video.

Thank you. That was the part that was unclear to me. It's a 2 stage process, if not going via the email. I understand now. I will wait for the "Thanks, we got your form" email.

Did you nominate yourself? Or someone nominated you?

Yeah, the email is for those who are already in the Microsoft shortlist I guess. Nominations will still go through a shortlist stage.
